OneView strongly guarantees that every conversion is always allocated 100% across all platforms, without duplications or overlaps.
  • Your attribution model is the criteria that OneView uses to deduplicate overlapping conversions.
  • You can configure an Idempotency Key to deduplicate events sent to OneView multiple times.
OneView builds an Identity Graph, to enrich every Conversion with the user’s profile from their previous interactions with your website, and add more identifiers to Enhanced Conversions (such as those from temporary accounts, and non-direct interactions).

Three-Step Process

1

Collect

OneView receives all conversion events from your website or app via JavaScript, GTM, or API.
2

Deduplicate and enrich

Based on your attribution model (first_touch, last_touch, etc.), OneView determines which platform deserves credit, and enriches the event with the platform’s required fields, based on:
  • your compliance settings
  • the user’s profile from their previous interactions with your website.
3

Deliver

The conversion is sent only to the platform that earned attribution. Non-contributing platforms receive nothing.

Example Customer Journey

Monday: Customer sees TikTok ad
Wednesday: Clicks Google search ad
Friday: Converts via Meta retargeting

Result:
- TikTok reports: 1 conversion ✓
- Google reports: 1 conversion ✓
- Meta reports: 1 conversion ✓

Total reported: 3 conversions
Actual sales: 1 conversion
The same conversion data reaches all platforms in both scenarios. The difference: OneView ensures only one platform receives it.
